Sebastian Blore-Rimmer I studied at Sir John Cass School of Art then at Hornsey College of Art, graduating in 1991 with a 2-1. My first job was at Graff, the West End jeweller's workshop in Hatten Garden. Therein I honed my technical skills and trade knowledge. Once confident I branched out on my own working mainly for the trade, while building up my client base. My fine jewellery clientele has grown by word of mouth and I produce hand made and designed pieces from my studio in North Bedfordshire. I work with clients to develop ideas and pieces unique to the individual at affordable prices. The silver range that I have produced came about mainly through the production of prototype models for my designs. I have since developed the range taking inspiration from naturalistic form and line. I combine curvilinear forms with small detail to produce lively, attractive pieces for body adornment. - Seb Blore-Rimmer |
