Directions from the M1 Motorway

Leave the M1 at Junction 14 signposted ‘Milton Keynes’ and ‘Newport Pagnell’

On leaving the motorway follow signs for Newport Pagnell – the right hand exit if travelling from the direction of London

At the first roundabout exit right on to the dual carriageway signposted A509 Bedford and Wellingborough 

You will almost immediately come to another roundabout, go straight over it. 

At the next roundabout take the second exit signposted ‘Wellingborough’ and ‘Olney’

This road will continue for 3-4 miles and bring you directly in to Olney high street.

Follow this road until you reach the Market Square. Parking is available here every day except Thursday when the market is held. Parking is also available either side of the high street.

Rose Court is located off the Market Square, access between two shops ‘Woosters’ and ‘Dandelion’.

Directions from the Northampton and Bedford

On leaving either town, exit on the A428. Continue on this road until reaching a roundabout. Take the exit sign posted ‘Warrington’ and ‘Olney’.

This road will continue for 3-4 miles and bring you directly in to Olney high street.

Follow this road until you reach the Market Square. Parking is available here every day except Thursday when the market is held. Parking is also available either side of the high street.

Rose Court is located off the Market Square, access between two shops ‘Woosters’ and ‘Dandelion’.
