My jewellery combines silver - beloved of the Romantics and the Arts and Crafts movement - with colours and the clarity of glass. I aim my designs to be striking without being heavy, pretty without being fussy and adaptable to wear at work or play! All metal parts are sterling silver.

I gained a 1st class B.A. in 3D Design in 1985 from Manchester Metropolitan University and pieces of my degree show were bought for the University Collection. They are still regularly exhibited. My work has been sold to galleries from the North West to Devon and London's Covent Garden and is in a number of small private collections. - Liz Westray
