Kate Cooke obtained a BA (Hons) in 3D Design specialising in Ceramics at Middlesex University. Having graduated in 1997, she was awarded a fellowship with the Digswell Arts Trust and has her studio with them at Attimore Hall Barn Studio, Welwyn Garden City.

Kate has been influenced by natural textures such as Coral and Volcanic formations and the way in which water and lava flow, interact and are affected by differing surfaces. The colour and texture of the cascades are enhanced by the flowing water. The gentle water flow produces both a soothing and calming atmosphere. Each of Kate's cascade contains a fully fitted silent pump suitable for anywhere in the home, office or garden. The calming sound of water cascading creates a relaxing and healthy environment.
