Painter

I started painting at school and did it formally to 'A' Level. I worked in finance but painting remained a hobby. After having children I really wanted to paint and attended a painting course.

I have used a lot of different mediums but my favourite, which is now the main medium I use is acrylic. I love the way it can be used straight from the tube or mixed with water to give a watercolour effect. I am inspired by bright bold colours. I adore fresh flowers with their amazing colour and shape. Whatever the time of year there is always beautiful flowers growing in the garden, wild or at the florist.

I love to paint. I would carry on painting regardless of whether I sell them or not, selling them is a bonus!
