Emma Dicks trained at the University of Wolverhampton and graduated in 1999 with a BA Hons in Glass. Since leaving University Emma has started Glacier Glass Studio located in Birmingham's jewellery quarter with the help of funding from the Princes Trust and Arrow Fund.

Glass is an exciting medium to work with and has a diversity of applications that lends itself to my creative imagination. Mixing materials, metals, enamel and glass to create stunning colour schemes and unique patterns offers surprising and often unexpected results in each piece of work whilst still maintaining her unique trade mark designs.
