David Pedley is based in Milton Keynes and is a figurative realistic artist, at the moment predominately specializing in charcoal still life.
Most of his drawings are taken from everyday items which when placed together form a pleasing composition. He works to a highly detailed intensely realistic manner and aims for a pure and objective likeness. It has taken until now, his retirement, to actually fulfil his potential, which he has found to be very rewarding.
